Procedure for the Qualification and Certification of NDT Personnel

Procedure for the Qualification and Certification of NDT Personnel

The purpose of this procedure is to establish the minimum requirements for the qualification and certification of personnel performing Nondestructive Inspection. It provides instructions and defines the responsibilities for the administration of training, examinations and certifications of NDT personnel.  Upon determining your requirements the procedure will be written to meets or exceed the requirements of SNT-TC-1A or NAS-410 (the replacement for MIL-STD-410) or the specification you designate.

Fluorescent Liquid Penetrant Examination Of Aircraft Components

Fluorescent Liquid Penetrant Examination Of Aircraft Components

This NDT Procedure establishes the minimum requirements for fluorescent liquid penetrant examination of aircraft and jet engine components conducted in accordance with the requirements of the referenced codes, standards or manufacturer’s manuals. It includes PT quality control requirements.  During development of this procedure we will address your specific requirements.

Ultrasonic Instrument Qualification

Ultrasonic Instrument Qualification

This purpose of this procedure is to provide instruction and define the responsibilities for conducting ultrasonic instrument qualification to the requirements of the referenced documents.

Fluorescent Liquid Penetrant Examination

Fluorescent Liquid Penetrant Examination

This purpose of this procedure is to provide instruction and define the responsibilities for conducting fluorescent penetrant examination to the requirements of the referenced documents on component using fluorescent penetrant solvent removable process.  This procedure can be modified to address whichever removal method you use.
